1、雙組份打膠機(jī)壓盤(pán)上的放氣閥門(mén)要保持通暢，要定期疏通和清洗。

　　2、正常工作時(shí)不要斷氣源，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)斷氣源應(yīng)停止工作。

　　3、若涂膠工作過(guò)程中停頓時(shí)間超過(guò)15分鐘以上時(shí)，一定要用“沖槍”。本機(jī)有報(bào)警功能，到時(shí)沒(méi)有沖膠會(huì)有蜂鳴器報(bào)警。

　　5、硅酮膠B 組份遇空氣會(huì)結(jié)殼，影響泵的正常工作和管路的暢通，因此，停機(jī)時(shí)B組份膠的所有通道在泄壓后均應(yīng)關(guān)閉，使B組份不得接觸空氣。

　　6、B膠桶內(nèi)如果要有空氣，空氣將排不出來(lái)，B泵將快速往返運(yùn)動(dòng)，不能向高壓泵內(nèi)正常供膠，影響整個(gè)系統(tǒng)，因此，必須將空氣排出來(lái)。方法是：將壓盤(pán)提出從新壓入并放氣。

Therefore, the air must be drained out.  The method is to put the pressure plate into the new pressure and deflate.
　　7、液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調(diào)至滿(mǎn)足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開(kāi)液壓站時(shí)一定要打開(kāi)膠槍?zhuān)駝tB組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安全事故。

　　8、A膠提膠泵連續(xù)工作1分鐘以上沒(méi)有供膠停止，說(shuō)明管路內(nèi)有空氣，此時(shí)會(huì)報(bào)警，須打開(kāi)泵上管接頭再打開(kāi)A膠提膠泵，直到出膠為止，停止并接好接頭，膠槍會(huì)出現(xiàn)有空氣的嗶嗶爆破聲，空氣排凈就好了。

　　9、由于每次沖洗混合器不會(huì)完全干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠沉積，越來(lái)越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時(shí)間后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因此要定期（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內(nèi)的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來(lái)，可用火燒掉，注意不能損傷零件螺紋。
