一、雙組份打膠機(jī)的基本操作原理

　　1. 固化劑過濾器下端出口及混合器進(jìn)料處均設(shè)有高壓球閥，沖膠泄壓用，混合器上設(shè)有單向針閥，不但使混膠更加均勻，而且防止兩種組份互竄。

　　二、用中空玻璃打膠機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)該注意些什么以及如何操作中空玻璃打膠機(jī)

　　1、混膠或沖槍時(shí)，一定要先打開膠嘴控制閥門，然后再打開供膠機(jī)，以免壓力劇增損壞設(shè)備或者出現(xiàn)安全事故。

　　4、操作參數(shù)設(shè)置時(shí)，在控制箱pc顯示屏上進(jìn)行，根據(jù)須要而選擇設(shè)定值，不要隨意設(shè)定，以免控制器發(fā)出錯(cuò)誤的信息，影響打膠質(zhì)量或損壞設(shè)備。

　　5.機(jī)頭前方檢測玻璃開關(guān)的光眼上不能有膠，否則誤工作。
