2、 如果中空玻璃打膠機(jī)不夠光滑需要經(jīng)設(shè)備打磨，直到出膠正常為止。丁基膠在生產(chǎn)中不粘中空玻璃，通常原因是鋁條涂完丁基膠時(shí)間過長，造成丁基膠表面冷卻，或者是玻璃邊緣有水氣。建議涂完丁基膠要盡快合片，和調(diào)整清洗機(jī)使玻璃邊緣徹底干燥。
