During the operation process, workers should avoid scratches on the surface of the glass and choose the original sheet without obvious defects such as bubbles, slag inclusion, uneven internal quality, color difference, and detachment. The entire manufacturing process of insulating glass is: cleaning, laminating, pressing, and gluing; Cut a curved frame or insert into a spacer, pour a molecular sieve, and apply a dozen butyl adhesive.

一、玻璃清洗干燥

該工序必須采用機(jī)器清洗，人工清洗不能保證清洗質(zhì)量。采用5MΩ去離子水保證密封膠和玻璃的可粘結(jié)性，還可通過對水進(jìn)行過濾以循環(huán)使用。通過光照檢驗玻璃表面是否殘存水珠、水漬等，如果存在，可以調(diào)整機(jī)器的運(yùn)行速度、毛刷間隙、風(fēng)量、加熱溫度再進(jìn)行檢查。清洗過后應(yīng)在1h之內(nèi)完成中空玻璃的組裝。

二、膠條式中空玻璃及鋁條式中空玻璃的組裝

進(jìn)行膠條的粘貼、切斷。組裝膠條式中空玻璃要求合片室的加工溫度冬季在10～20℃，夏季在20～30℃范圍為宜，灌裝分子篩時由于膠條式中空玻璃的干燥劑為粉末狀，同膠混合均勻后發(fā)揮作用較慢，因此應(yīng)當(dāng)在膠條的裝配區(qū)域保證相對較低的濕度。組裝鋁條式中空玻璃要求的加工溫度在l0～30℃范圍內(nèi)，相對濕度正常即可，但應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇合格的干燥劑，并且在開封后24h內(nèi)用完。為加強(qiáng)密封，常采用雙道膠進(jìn)行密封，丁基膠為第一道密封，聚硫膠為第二道密封。

三、玻璃壓合

膠條式中空玻璃壓合時注意合片玻璃邊部要對齊，壓片時在后面預(yù)留小口，讓干燥后的氣體從小口溢出，也可填充隋性氣體后隨即封口。

四、手動或自動打密封膠

中空玻璃的放置正確與否也會對中空玻璃的終質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響，無論是在生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸或工地存放，堆垛架的設(shè)計要求要考慮到中空玻璃的特點，堆垛架要有一定的傾斜度，但底部平面與側(cè)部應(yīng)始終保持90°角，從而保證中空玻璃的2片玻璃底邊能部應(yīng)有5～10mm的距離，用于涂第二道密封膠。聚硫膠應(yīng)均勻沿一側(cè)涂布，以防止中間夾雜氣泡，涂完后刮去玻璃表面殘余。至此完成鋁條式中空玻璃的加工。垂直地置放在堆垛架上。此外，保證玻璃的底部不能沾上石灰、油漬之類物質(zhì)，以免侵蝕第二道密封膠影響中空玻璃密封性能。
