（1）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件應(yīng)具備380V交流電源，工業(yè)自來(lái)水源、排水溝。大部分的中空玻璃設(shè)備和門(mén)窗設(shè)備都是380V的，主要為了維持設(shè)備工作的穩(wěn)定性。干凈的自來(lái)水源，以及暢通的排水是清洗機(jī)良好工作的保障。

(1) The on-site conditions should have a 380V AC power supply, industrial water sources, and drainage ditches. Most insulated glass equipment and door and window equipment are 380V, mainly to maintain the stability of equipment operation. A clean water source and smooth drainage are the guarantees for the good operation of the cleaning machine.

（2）正確擺放進(jìn)料段機(jī)架、清洗段機(jī)架、干燥段機(jī)架、出料段機(jī)架、控制柜和通風(fēng)機(jī)箱。如果不按照順序擺放，一會(huì)降低工作效率，二會(huì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不過(guò)關(guān)。

(2) Properly place the feed section rack, cleaning section rack, drying section rack, discharge section rack, control cabinet, and ventilation box. If not arranged in order, it will reduce work efficiency and result in poor product quality.

（3）調(diào)整支座調(diào)節(jié)整機(jī)水平度，允差1.5MM，縱向3MM（僅允許進(jìn)料段比出料段高）。

(3) Adjust the support to adjust the levelness of the entire machine, with a tolerance of 1.5mm and a longitudinal deviation of 3mm (only allowing the feed section to be higher than the discharge section).

（4）整機(jī)縱向水平度符合要求后將四段機(jī)架連接緊固（機(jī)架上備有連接螺栓副）。

(4) After the longitudinal levelness of the entire machine meets the requirements, connect and tighten the four sections of the frame (there are connecting bolt pairs on the frame).

（5）在進(jìn)料段機(jī)架與清洗段機(jī)架、清洗段機(jī)架與干燥段機(jī)架之間縫隙中涂上玻璃膠，以防止二處漏水。

(5) Apply glass glue to the gaps between the feed section frame and the cleaning section frame, as well as between the cleaning section frame and the drying section frame, to prevent water leakage at the two locations.

（6）按有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)連接各傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。

(6) Connect each transmission system according to relevant standards.

（7）向水箱灌水前應(yīng)將水箱清理干凈。

(7) Before filling the water tank with water, it should be cleaned thoroughly.

（8）安裝調(diào)整后按本說(shuō)明書(shū)規(guī)定之操作順序試車(chē)。

(8) After installation and adjustment, conduct a test run according to the operating sequence specified in this manual.

（9）清洗最小規(guī)格玻璃片時(shí)請(qǐng)勿與傳送輥[gǔn]平行放置。

(9) When cleaning the minimum specification glass sheet, do not place it parallel to the conveyor roller [g ǔ n].
