1. 連接氣源:

接通電源，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥至0.4 ~ 0.6MPa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無(wú)漏氣。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作:(1)泵舉升(2)a泵充氣(3)B泵舉升(4)B泵充注。注:升降油缸升降時(shí)，若兩個(gè)油缸不同步，請(qǐng)降至原點(diǎn)重新操作。

Connect the power supply, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6MPa, and check if there is any air leakage in the system. 1)操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥將a泵舉升到較高的氣動(dòng)雙組份點(diǎn)膠機(jī)，觀察舉升過(guò)程中管路拉伸是否過(guò)緊。

1) Operate the manual rotary valve to lift pump A to a higher pneumatic two-component dispensing machine, and observe whether the pipeline tension is too tight during the lifting process.

2)將膠桶置于a泵壓板下，打開雙組份膠桶附件，將膠袋從桶內(nèi)翻出，取出膠面塑料片。

2) Place the rubber bucket under the pressure plate of pump A, open the two-component rubber bucket attachment, flip the rubber bag out of the bucket, and take out the plastic sheet on the rubber surface.

3)使泵的壓板緩慢下降。壓力板進(jìn)入筒體時(shí)，應(yīng)與筒體開口對(duì)準(zhǔn)。打開壓板的排氣口，直至壓板與橡膠表面接觸。當(dāng)壓板內(nèi)氣體完全排出，排氣口有少量膠水溢出時(shí)，排氣閥可關(guān)閉(升降開關(guān)仍處于下壓狀態(tài))

3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of the pump. When the pressure plate enters the cylinder, it should be aligned with the opening of the cylinder. Open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until it comes into contact with the rubber surface. When the gas inside the pressure plate is completely discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed (the lifting switch is still in the downward pressure state)

4)開機(jī)試膠:打開主泵氣源開關(guān)，按膠槍開關(guān)，直至泵a內(nèi)空氣完全排出，膠口不斷排出。

4) Start up glue test: Turn on the main pump air source switch, press the glue gun switch, until the air in pump a is completely discharged, and the glue port continues to discharge.

用同樣的方法操作泵B。

Operate pump B using the same method.

4. 上膠操作:

4. Gluing operation:

1)松開比例桿上比例泵的鎖緊螺桿，將比例泵的內(nèi)外調(diào)節(jié)到所需比例。只有當(dāng)膠水a(chǎn)和膠水B的比例達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才能進(jìn)行以下操作。

1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional rod and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the desired ratio. The following operations can only be carried out when the ratio of glue a to glue B reaches the normal value.

2) a和B泵設(shè)置選擇旋鈕,使噴膠槍的退出與中間縫的兩塊玻璃,打開開關(guān)噴膠槍,把膠槍順利在適當(dāng)?shù)乃俣忍畛涞碾p組分膠玻璃罐。涂膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。

2) Set the selection knobs for pumps A and B to allow the exit of the glue gun and the two pieces of glass in the middle seam. Turn on the switch of the glue gun and smoothly fill the two-component glue glass jar with the glue gun at an appropriate speed. Turn off the glue gun at the end of gluing.

5. 更換膠筒:

5. Replace the rubber cylinder:

1)當(dāng)桶內(nèi)膠水用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉a、B開關(guān)，停止輕敲。

1) When the glue in the bucket is used up, immediately turn off the A and B switches and stop tapping lightly.

2)打開a(或b)橡膠泵的充氣開關(guān)，將a(或b)橡膠泵的升降機(jī)構(gòu)選為上升位置，按下旋鈕，使壓力板緩慢升降。此時(shí)要注意的是膠筒盡量不要離開底盤，待壓板與膠筒完全分離后，關(guān)閉a(或b)膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。3)取出空桶，將新的膠桶放在工作位置，重復(fù)第3、4、4項(xiàng)的操作。

2) Turn on the inflation switch of the a (or b) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of the a (or b) rubber pump as the rising position, press the knob to slowly raise and lower the pressure plate. At this point, it should be noted that the rubber cylinder should not leave the chassis as much as possible. After the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber cylinder, turn off the inflation switch of the a (or b) rubber pump. 3) Take out the empty bucket, place the new rubber bucket in the working position, and repeat the operations of items 3, 4, and 4.

The mixed glue will react and solidify within 20 minutes.
