1、中空玻璃設(shè)備不同廠家不同批次的玻璃在切開前應(yīng)先查看有無色差，將色差較大的玻璃分別用于不同的工程或不同的建筑立面中。玻璃切開尺寸應(yīng)按圖紙要求嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。

2、中空玻璃設(shè)備完善中空玻璃出產(chǎn)環(huán)境，中空玻璃在無灰塵、無溶劑污染、溫度適合的環(huán)境中出產(chǎn)，出產(chǎn)車間灰塵污染會對中空玻璃密封體系各個構(gòu)件的粘接效果發(fā)生很大的不利影響。
